GENERAL SECURITY

Physical Security

Our data centers and servers are located in secured facilities. All facilities are locked and secure card readers restrict access to the data centers and our servers.

Network Security

Security to the actual website is provided by the latest on-line security procedures, firewalls and monitoring tools available. First, we use Internet firewalls that are based on packet filtering at the router level. Second, we use secure methods of access to the server and site content, and we use application and user level security at the host/server level. Third, we use specialized security tools for monitoring of networks and servers for security threats.

Site Security

Security on the actual website is provided by (1) controlling uploads using the latest security protocols and (2) providing advanced authentication methods of our users. First, we use up to 128-bit SSL, the most widely used, strongest public-key security protocol on the Internet today. Second, we have disabled external access via the Internet to the site, except for the controlled access provided through the web pages, which implement our services. Third, SSL encrypts the communication between the browser and client to ensure a secure transaction across a public network.

GeoTrust Digital Certificate Program

In addition to the security measures noted above, we are a licensee of the GeoTrust Digital Certificate Program, which provides you with added protection against various risks associated with the use of the Internet. We provide this security through Digital Certificates, issued by GeoTrust (www.GeoTrust.com). Digital certificates are an online passport issued by a trusted third party that verifies the identity of the certificate's holder. Digital certificates authenticate that:

Protect data exchanged online from intrusion.

Although we cannot guarantee their security, digital certificates are designed to be tamper-proof and to prevent forgery.
