Order Status

How do I track the Status of an Order?
You can easily track your orders through the Order Status. To track your Orders, click the Orders link under My Project. This displays a list of all of the orders you have placed. For details of the order, click the View Order button for the desired order.

How do I locate an order within the Order Status?
To assist in finding a specific order, the Orders page provides several filters.

• Order # – Allows you to display orders matching a specific order number.
• Address – Allows you to displays orders matching a specific property street address.
• City – Allows you to display orders matching a specific property city.
• Shipped Status – Allows you to display orders with a particular shipping status.
