Product Creation

Does my Agent Profile information change if I change it for a specific product?
No. Any Agent or Property information changed for a specific product will not change your defaults stored in your Personal Profile and Property Profile.

Will Products appear exactly as they do in the Product Preview?
Yes. All of the printed products will be produced exactly as they appear in the product preview on the site. Please check your products carefully before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

Saved Projects

What is a Saved Project?
Every time you create a new product, it is automatically saved through the completed steps until you submit the order for checkout. You may also elect to save an incomplete order for completion at a later date by clicking the “save for later” button. Projects will be stored by the date, the property address and the product being ordered. To access the product again and complete the order, simply click on the view button of the product to be completed. You will be directed to the section of the site where you can review and complete the order. Once a project is complete, it can be added to the Shopping Cart for checkout. You may also delete a saved project from your list, by selecting the “delete” button.

How do I locate a Saved Project?
To help you find a specific project, several filters allows you to limit the list for searching.

  • Project – Allows you to display projects matching a specific Project name.
  • Address – Allows you to displays projects matching a specific Property street address.
  • City – Allows you to display projects matching a specific Property city.
To use a filter, enter the desired criteria and click the Search button.

View Cart

How do I edit/remove items in the Shopping Cart?
Click the View Cart link under Your Account. This displays the Shopping Cart, listing all of the products ready for checkout. Click the Edit button for the product you want to change. This displays the product steps for completion to order that product. Make any necessary changes to the product, completing all steps. Then, click the Save Changes button on the last ordering step. To remove an item, simply click the “delete” button and the item will be removed from your cart.
