Personal Profile

How do I change my password?
You can easily change your existing password from within Merrill Shop. Simply click on the Personal Profile link under Account Profile. Follow the Change Password button to set a new password. Your new password must be a minimum of 6-10 characters in length. Once finished, click the Save Changes button to replace the current password with the new one.

How do I update my Personal Information?
Follow the Personal Profile link under Account Profile. This displays the Personal Profile page where you can edit any of your personal information. Once finished, click the Save Changes button to apply any alterations.

Why can't I access Office Information?
The data in the Office Information section is secured so that it remains intact and accurate for all sales associates linked to your office. Access to this information is limited to your Office Administrator. Your Office Administrator is the only person who may change the Office Information data. If you believe the data is incorrect, contact your Office Administrator.

How do I upload my Agent photo?
Click the Photo library under the Image Library. On the Associate tab, use the Browse button to search through your computer, select the file, and place its path in the File field. Once you have entered or selected the image file, click the Upload File button to save your Agent photo on Merrill Shop. You can also access and upload an agent photo in the Personal Profile under the Account Profile. Click on "Click here to select a personal default photo."

How do I store/update my credit card?
Click the Personal Profile link under Account Profile and follow the Credit Card information link. Enter or modify your credit card number and expiration date. This information is encrypted and transferred over a secure server for your protection. Click the Save button to save the changes.

Property Profile

How do I add/update/delete a new property?
To add a new property to your account, click the Property Profile link under My Properties. This lists all of the properties you currently have stored in the system. Click the Add New Property button located above the list. This displays the Property Profile page where you can enter and save the address information for the new property. Properties can be updated or deleted using the appropriate buttons on this page. Property information is stored on the Merrill Shop system until it is deleted by you. It is then permanently removed from the system, including any property photos for that property.

How do I upload a property photo?
To upload a photo, click the Photo Library under the Image Library. This lists all of the properties and photos you currently have stored in the system. To upload a new photo for the selected property, identify how the image should be categorized and click 'Browse' to locate your image on your computer. Then click 'Upload'. You may also add photos under the Property Profile by clicking "photos" next to the property address.

What do I do if I am using a 35mm camera to take the property photos?
Photos taken on a 35mm film camera will need to be scanned/digitized onto a computer. Make sure that your image does not appear upside down, or horizontal (landscape) if it is meant to be vertical (portrait). You may also take your film to a film processor. You can find one in the Yellow Pages under Photo Finishing or Digital Imaging. They will scan your photo or image to meet our specifications. Once they are on your computer, you can upload the photos as instructed on the site.
