Why can’t I find a specific Agent in the menu?
Agents are organized by Office. Offices are organized by Brokerage. Make sure you have selected the correct Office or Brokerage for the Agent.
How can I create/delete a new Agent?
To have an agent added or removed from the system, update the agent internally in CREST. This information is automatically updated with Merrill Corporation.

Order History Reports
Why can’t I find a specific order?
The Order History report allows you to view all of the orders placed within your area of administration. Simply click the View Order History link. This displays the Order History page providing a series of filters to limit the results to a manageable size. Use the filters to limit the results by location, product, status, or within a date range. You can then click the Report on Screen to see the Order History report displayed at the bottom of the page. Or, click the Report to Excel to save the results on your computer.
How do I find orders for a specific Agent?
Using the filters described in the previous question, select Agent ID in the drop-down menu before “Like” and then enter the Agent’s ID in the field after. This will limit the results to only order placed by that Agent.
