Order Status

How do I track the Status of an Order?
Merrill Shop allows for easy tracking of your Orders through the Order Status. To track your Orders, click the Order Status link under Your Account. This displays a list of all of the Orders you have placed. Each Order in the list shows the date the Order was made, the date the Order was completed, and the date the Order was shipped. For further details of the Order, click the View Order button for the desired Order.

How do I locate an Order within the Order Status?
To assist in finding a specific Order, the Order Status page provides several filters.

• Order # – Allows you to display Orders matching a specific Order number.
• Address – Allows you to displays Orders matching a specific Property street address.
• City – Allows you to display Orders matching a specific Property city.
• Shipped Status – Allows you to display Orders with a particular shipping status.
